The Wheat Index NAMEX serves as a key price indicator for the cost of a ton of wheat delivered on CPT Novorossiysk basis, calculated based on NAMEX trading sessions and acting as a benchmark for global grain supplies in Russia's agrosector as a major producer. In April 2026, the maximum reached 17066.00 RUB/T, the minimum — 16220.00 RUB/T, with an average level of 16481.73 RUB/T. The index reflects outcomes of NAMEX commodity auctions, is approved by the Bank of Russia and included in the Bank of Russia's Informational List of Commodity Indicators.
