The indicative rate for providing ruble loans (deposits) for a period of 3 months on the Moscow market MosPrime Rate - Moscow Prime Offered Rate is created by the National Financial Association (NFA). The NFA forms the MosPrime Rate based on the rates of placement of ruble loans (deposits) announced by the leading participants in the Russian money market to first-class financial institutions.
