The index reflects the return dynamics of the secondary housing market in St. Petersburg in rubles and is formed based on the dynamics of average sales prices and market rental rates per square meter. The base period is January 2023 with a value of 1,000 points; the methodology excludes the effect of rent reinvestment, fixing the net financial result of asset ownership. Index values are updated on a monthly basis.
