Construction and installation work on the construction of the Serebryansk cement Plant was completed in 2012. The company was put into operation in April 2013. The Serebryansky cement plant was built from scratch (green field), which provided freedom in design and the ability to arrange all the equipment most advantageously from a technological point of view.
The Serebryansky Cement Plant is the first enterprise in Russia to use a vertical mill for grinding raw materials with high humidity. Production is fully automated, and the company complies with all labor and environmental standards. In 2018, the company reached its planned capacity. 1,828,746 tons of cement were produced during the year. Such results were achieved, among other things, by upgrading cement mills to increase their productivity (transfer of inter-chamber partitions, selection of grinding media, regulations for periodic inspections and maintenance of mills have been developed).
In 2019, the company installed and put into operation a BIO fuel supply line for firing raw flour, which in turn reduced the consumption of the main fuel (coal powder). A gas analyzer was purchased and installed at the enterprise to monitor the operation of the line.
In 2020, another cement silo with a capacity of 3 thousand tons was commissioned. The commissioning of additional cement storage facilities made it possible to significantly expand the range of products and attract additional customers.
In the period from 2018 to 2023, cement production was constantly increasing.
In 2023, the company began using natural gas as its main fuel. After the commissioning, the RDF fuel supply line was put into operation. The introduction of RDF, along with BIO fuel, made it possible to significantly save the main type of fuel, natural gas, when firing raw flour.
At the moment, LLC Serebryansky Cement Plant is one of the most modern cement enterprises in Russia.
