Select Income REIT, is a real estate company that primarily owns and invests in single tenants, net leased properties. In April 2014, Select Income REIT, completed the acquisition of 1415 West Diehl Road, a five-story, Class A office property, with about 820,000 square feet located in Naperville, Illinois. Effective July 9, 2014, an investor group, comprised of Government Properties Income Trust (35.902%) and Reit Management & Research LLC (0.835%), acquired a 36.737% interest in Select Income REIT.
