JSC "RID Group - Novosibirsk" was established in 1993 in the Novosibirsk region.
JSC "RID Group – Novosibirsk" is the management company of the industrial park "Ekran" (brownfield type).
The main activities of JSC "REED Group – Novosibirsk" are:
- Management, development and maintenance of the industrial park;
- Lease and management of own or leased non-residential real estate;
- Transmission of electric energy;
- Water supply and sanitation services;
- Services for the maintenance of natural gas transmission networks;
- Repair of equipment;
- Rental and leasing of lifting and transport equipment and others.
The Ekran Industrial Park was established on the territory of JSC Ekran Plant in 2016. Since most of the territory of the industrial site, buildings and structures in the perimeter belong to JSC "Plant "Ekran", the status of the management company of the industrial park was assigned to this enterprise. In January 2023, JSC Plant Ekran was renamed RID Group Novosibirsk: the former name did not reflect the essence of its activities and industry specifics.
The Ekran plant began operating in 1954 to produce electro–optical devices for radar and television. In the mid-90s, while maintaining the direction of electronic optical instrumentation (today it is being developed by JSC Ekran-Optical Systems), tar glass began to be manufactured on the "Screen". Currently, the largest glass container production outside the Urals is concentrated in the glass complexes of Siberian Glass LLC.
Regional Industrial Development Group (RID Group) is an industrial brand consolidating RATM Holding's park projects, which are currently being implemented on the territories of manufacturing enterprises in various regions.
