In 2012 group of companies owned by Oleksandr Adarich acquired SEB Bank (form 1991 till 2004 – Azhio bank), afterwards the bank changed the name to PUJSC “FIDOBANK”. In April 2013, the same group of companies closed the acquisition of Erste Bank, later on renamed to FCB BANK – currently is undergoing reorganization through joining FIDOBANK. The banks are to merge by the end of January, 2014.  

FIDOBANK provides a wide range of banking services and products to individuals and legal entities. As of 01.10.2013 the regulatory capital of the bank amounted to UAH 1,074.8 mln, assets – UAH 6,365.6 mln, deposits and current accounts of legal entities – UAH 1,783.0 mln and individuals – UAH 1,002.4 mln, loans portfolio amounted to UAH 2,014.0 mln, income – UAH 12.0 mln. FIDOBANK has 50 branches, serves 1,389 corporate clients, more than 215,000 retail and about 26,000 SME clients.

FIDOBANK has NBU banking license No 4 from 13.07.2012 and General NBU license No 4-2 from 26.10.2012. The bank provides full range of banking services to individuals and legal entities, is a member of Independent Association of the Banks of Ukraine, Deposit Guarantee Fund as well as MasterCard International and VISA International payments systems.

As of 01.01.2013 FIDOBANK was the 5th large bank in the 3rd group of banks according to NBU classification.
